Shipping and Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Within Dammam: Orders within Dammam are shipped the same day or within two business days.
  • Other Cities: Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Holidays: Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that during periods of high order volume, shipping may be delayed for a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping and Delivery Method

  • Home Delivery: Delivery to homes is available via approved shipping companies in major cities.
  • Villages and Surrounding Areas: For villages and surrounding areas, the customer may collect the shipment from the nearest shipping company office.

Verification of Shipping Information

To ensure a smooth and fast shipping experience, we recommend verifying the accuracy of your address and contact information when completing your purchase. We are not responsible for any delays or errors in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Occasionally, unexpected delays in delivery may occur due to external factors.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment along with your tracking number.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after the order is shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Within Saudi Arabia: No customs duties apply to orders shipped within Saudi Arabia. All fees include Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Outside Saudi Arabia: For international shipments, customs duties or taxes may apply according to the policy of the destination country. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs in the destination country.

Losses During Shipping

  • Care Plus is not responsible for any damaged or lost products during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.
  • Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting any claim.
